I can do this at every level within the IS&T function and if needed can do it whilst acting in senior roles on an interim basis. I am successful at this because I can assess current capabilities and develop a change program that will deliver multiple small and large specific initiatives that fit within any financial constraints or challenges and leave behind a team with a continuous improvement mentality.
